The Itasca International offices in Santiago, Chile and Minneapolis, MN co-sponsored the 3rd International Symposium on Block and Sublevel Caving, Caving2014, in Santiago de Chile, from June 4-6, 2014. This is the third of a series of symposia dedicated to Cave Mining and follows the first symposium held in Cape Town, South Africa in 2007 and the second, held in Perth, Australia in 2010.
